PVC/PET Composite Cards

Handling and Storage:

• Resilient by Design: Our cards radiate quality. To ensure their pristine appearance, when not in use, store them in a protective sleeve similar to the plastic sleeve they were shipped in.

• Temperature Awareness: Our cards are engineered for durability, but it's wise to avoid extreme temperatures. Prolonged exposure to indirect heat, like inside a car on a day hotter than 95°F, might challenge their endurance.
  For context, a car dashboard under direct sunlight can reach temperatures above 180-200°F.

• Guard Against Fading: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, especially in hot environments like inside a car, may slightly fade the vibrant colors over time.

Cleaning:

• Maintaining Brilliance: For regular cleaning, use a soft cloth with a dab of mild soap solution. For markings, the recommended option is a Sharpie Extra-Fine Oil-Based Paint Pen, optionally available in our EpicIDs Care & Cleaning Kit.

Handling and Storage:

• Preserve the Finish: Maintain the luster of your aluminum card by handling it with clean hands and when not in use store it in a protective sleeve, similar to the plastic sleeve they were shipped in.

Cleaning:

• Reviving the Shine: A microfiber cloth is perfect for a gentle wipe-down. For a deeper clean, a mild soap and water solution is suitable.

PU Leather Products

Handling and Storage:

• Texture and Elegance: Store your PU leather product in a cool, dry place without undue pressure on its surface, especially the engraved sections.

• Laser Engravings: To keep the engraved areas sharp, tools like a blunt-end toothpick or precision cotton swabs can be invaluable.

Cleaning:

• Tender Loving Care: Use a soft, slightly damp cloth for surface cleaning. To maintain the leather's texture and feel, apply a conditioner, especially around engraved areas.
