    Hey Epic Fans! We understand how crucial it is for you to get your ID cards in time for the big holidays. To ensure your orders arrive when you need them, please note the following shipping guidelines for Hanukkah and Christmas of 2023.

    We strongly recommend placing your orders as early as possible. While we do our best to process orders quickly, especially from October through January, unexpected carrier shipping delays are beyond our control. 😱

    HANUKKAH (December 7th - December 15th 2023)

    🕎 Domestic Recommended Shipping Cutoffs - Eastern Time by 10AM

    • Economy Ground -----  Nov. 29th thru Dec 6th 
    • Standard Shipping ---- Dec. 1st thru Dec 5th
    • Expedited Shipping --- Dec. 3rd thru 11th
    • Express Shipping ------ Dec. 5th thru 12th

    (Order's placed after the above referenced cutoff dates/times could still arrive in time, but earlier the better)

    • DHL eCommerce: Delivery times vary by location; review delivery estimates at checkout.
